It's pretty simple.  We count a single Brain Hour for every hour that is measured by a participant during your experience.

For example, if you have 10 people measured during a 1 hour experience, that would equal 10 Brain Hours.

Anyone that gets a login to the platform and would be allowed to create a new experience to be measured.

In most cases, our user bring their own participants to an experience.  

Either because they are using Lively along side an existing Focus Group or brand experience they have designed, or the participants are internal employees.

All of that is handled inside the app.  If you need help, let us know.

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will be marked as closed, and you will not be billed subscription fees at the next billing date.  Any usage fees will be billed as normal.

Please note that once an account is cancelled, we delete all data from our platform.
